All students planning to study in Canada must ensure they apply to their chosen college or university for the desired course and submit all required documents accurately. In visa applications for study purposes, there is usually no room for error or second chances.

Whether applying directly or under the Student Partner Program (SPP), it's crucial to ensure proper documentation. Aussie Education provides guidance on the necessary documents to ensure a successful application:

Document Checklist:

• Completed application forms, including:

  • Study permit application (Form IMM 1294)

  • Family Information form (Form 5645E)

  • Student Questionnaire form

  • VFS Consent form

  • SPP or non-SPP document checklist

• Original passport along with copies of the first and last pages

• Two passport-size photographs

• Letter of acceptance from the college or university

• Photocopy of IELTS test results (minimum 6 bands, as required)

• Copy of the fee payment for at least the first semester, including the college or university receipt and wire transfer proof

• Photocopies of previous education mark sheets and passing certificates

Financial Documents (if applicable):

• Bank loan sanction letter

• Bank statements of sponsoring parents

• Photocopies of fixed deposits

• Financial summary of parents and the applicant

All documents provided should be attested or notarized by an advocate.
